I worked with Tracy on a custom paper towel holder project. While the communication was professional, there were significant challenges regarding product development. Specifically, the supplier was unable to source or produce the required mushroom-themed components, which was a critical part of the design. This limitation hindered the project's success. I would suggest future buyers verify the supplier's capability to handle complex or custom resin/specialty components before committing to an order

Thanks for your comments. Please be kind noted that the special resin part need to make mould and there need large MOQ to offset the mould cost, or else the price will be too espensive. Hope we can work together in the future, thanks.
